Every single time I called to try to schedule an appointment (at least half a dozen times), not one time did someone answer the phone. I have never had such a difficult time trying to schedule an appointment. I have left numerous voicemails. Someone returned my calls ONE time; she was extremely abrupt & said I could call back after I let her know I was just getting to work and was on the elevator. I’ve been seeing Dr. Ramineni for pain management since 2016 and I can’t say enough good things. He has performed several epidural injections in my back, along with SI joint and lumbar ablations, all of which have provided excellent results. He listens, has an excellent bedside manner, and genuinely cares about his patients. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a compassionate and skilled pain management physician.
This is the second time/issue I've been seen him and couldn't be more pleased from either visit. While he couldn't "fix it," he listened well and provided me with some ideas of how to lessen the intensity of sensations with neuropathy. I can highly recommend him for assessment and management of symptoms.
Dr Ramineni treated my mom for year's my husband went a few year's back when he fractured his L4. Now he's treating me for several herniated disc. Very knowledgeable, "Great Bed Manner" not to mention his Nurse Stella she is "AMAZING" if I needed anything all I had to do was call and she jumped right on it. I've been working in the medical field for year's and let me tell you it's hard to find good staff! I highly recommend this office.
