The staff and Dr Naveen are wonderful kind and caring
He saved my life. My iron had been a life long battle. Hemoglobin at 6.8 when I found him. Today I'm living and thriving. I have real energy and quality of life.
The 3 stars are only for Dr.Doki himself and he is great but the 2 stars being deducted are for front staff including a gentleman in the front who is quite rude. I cancelled an appointment due to not feeling well and he proceeded to yell at me and tell me ‘now you tell us when it is 30 mins before your appointment.’ I told him it could be covid related that is why I am cancelling…they have clear signs that state if not feeling well, please stay at home… I have spent so much money at this office in copays and doctors fees tha... read more
