Dr. Masani is very pleasant and personable . He's very knowledgeable, and spends time and listens to your concerns and answers all your questions. He really takes interest in his patients. I highly recommend him.
He may be a good dr but the front desk staff is absolutely disgusting. They messed up on the scheduling 3x! The patient confirmed appointment and when he got there he was told it’s for the following year. They wouldn’t listen or apologize for their mistake in scheduling. Absolutely incompetent staff. For that reason I DO NOT recommend this dr. I hope they all see this review to learn how to treat patients better.
The best of the best. Have known him for 25 plus years .When he first stated as a intern I was the nursing supervisor who have known him for many years and has always displayed an excellent rapport with all his patients.i am now retired and he is my Nephrologist who has been excellent in his diagnostic Skills. I highly recommend him.
