Friendly staff. Actually for a primary care, Doctor Butt has been really helpful and patient with me. He is very busy and will not argue with you. He is straight to the point I have to say he does do his job well.
He is not someone I would see or waste my time with if you want someone to find out what is going on with a problem you have. I went to a different doctor and even gave Dr Butt am opportunity to know what was said. He missed an autoimmune disorder and then refused to acknowledge “because it wasn’t textbook”. Dr Butt, seems legit to me, takes care of my needs and is responsive to my calls for Meds / reschedules / whatever is needed. He's good in my book!
I have yet to get my prescriptions on time. I repeatedly have to go to his office in person to get a response to multiple phone calls unanswered. I've had to go days without my blood pressure and anxiety meds. It's very frustrating!
