(Excellent) patient service, Exceptional customer service I would refer my family!!!
I had several visits with this doctor and found his chair-side manner to be lacking and evasive. Appointments have a limited amount of time and most of his time was spent facing a monitor and scrolling through my chart, instead of face-to-face communication with the patient! I'm also "deeply concerned" about the accuracy of the after visit notes in my chart as well.
