My dog and I were stuck in a freezing cold waiting room for over an hour. Freezing and in pain my pup & I were miserable. Forgotten because they were too busy.Then the Vet said the total would be about $200. Ended up being almost $300. My mistake for saying "yeah whatever, just ease her pain." Was an emergency situation. Will find an office thats not so chaotic.
Dr Jim Nave always takes time to explain problems to people who don't pretend to know everything. Same with staff
Great surgical doctor, but the clinic's pet owner safety and clinic's operation is less to be desired. Too many people side by side inside a small waiting area. Most pet owners don't wear mask, but they do care about their pets...?
I been going to this vet for over 20yrs . great tream over there.
Very helpful and friendly staff.
