Young guys made me wait two hours before telling me that you didn’t want to do my bead lock tires. If they didn’t wanna do them fine don’t make me wait for two hours and then tell me that’s BS.Had the previous bead locke done here six months ago the old guys had no problem doing them. These young lazy ones probably don’t even know how.
These guys have always helped me and friends out with great service even fixing flats for free at times over the years as well as have good prices. FIVE STARS!
Great guys, awesome service! Dropped in at 4:30 yesterday ordered my tires and had them put on by 11:00 this morning.
Ended up getting a flat tire yesterday but was unable to get to a service shop due to the time the flat tire occurred. This morning I called 3 different tire shops and Navarro's Tire offered the best deal. I had Black Hills Automotive tow my vehicle from my house to this amazing tire shop. By the time the tow truck driver finished up the paperwork with me for the tow, the guys at Navarro's Tire had my tire replaced! Fast service! Great pricing! And they made my visit personal. If you like to be treated like a big pile of crap, bullied, surrounded like your being jumped into a gang and threatened to be knocked out by the owner and his son's all for asking if the truck suppose to pull to the left after its aligned this is the place for you. VERY UNPROFFESIONAL I'm not the type complain but this situation will be turned over to the BBB as this establishment shouldn't even be allowed to be in buisness the way they operate.
