After looking into roofing contractors and reading strong customer reviews online, we chose a local roofer for a small side porch roof replacement in Melbourne. The project had a few extra details because two custom plexiglass skylights also needed to be replaced. Max, the sales director, was great to work with from start to finish. He was professional, polite, and easy to talk with, and he fit our roofing project into the schedule without any hassle. He went beyond what we expected and gave us very helpful guidance about the roof insurance process. He clearly explained the different roofing systems and shingle options to my wife and me, using simple language that made the whole process easy to understand. Everyone was friendly, polite, and easy to work with, and they cleaned up the property thoroughly when the work was finished. They paid close attention to the details, made sure the roof and gutters were done right, and wanted everything to match what we needed. They never made us feel like we were as... read more

He also helped us understand the insurance claim, and it was a big relief to know there were financing options available if needed. Once everything was approved, the roofing crew came out to our home in Melbourne within a week. In one day, they removed the old shingles, r... read more
