Great facility, have been using this hospital many years. Had an outpatient procedure today, thanks to the all the wonderful nurses & staff it was smooth experience. They were outstanding.
I have been here seven days with a family member. I cannot explain in words how outstanding the staff is. Our family member was treated with respect and dignity. Our large family who stayed 24/7 were always welcomed and we were asked by everyone including housekeeping what could they do for us.. The family and the sick resident NEVER wanted for anything.. Staff was great! So busy that after two hours I felt better and just left. Didn't get to see the doctor.
They are Dallas rejects and have poor service and rude
