I have been bringing my son to this office since he was a newborn - Watson is great has always been helpful and Definitely knows what she’s talking about. Over the course of the last couple months, we have seen the new provider and one of the tenured doctors at this facility; let me just say that we got incorrect diagnosis TWICE from MEDICAL DOCTORS who surely have gotten their medical degrees before ChatGPT. Took the doctor 8 ear infections to finally refer us to a ENT. they have waited till i got to the facility 2 different times and canceled my child’s appointment. first time said it was the scheduler who said i told them to cancel which i did not. same scheduler put her on a random day and said i approved it which i definitely didn’t bc the day was definitely not doable and the time was morning when every appointment i’ve scheduled has been afternoon so lied about that also. another time they waited till i got to the facility... read more
Waste of time and co-pay. Got there early to see a doctor about possible adhd. They then wait until 4:30 (my child’s appointment time)to hand me some papers in the waiting room. Nurse walks away as if I am the one that wasted their time.
Go elsewhere! The doctors are good however the billing department is horrible. Nobody answers the phones and my insurance had an error where they retroactively dropped my son from our insurance. The insurance company has tried to correct it and has contacted each office. Navarro Pediatrics is the only one that did not correct the billing. They just sent us to collections instead of answering any calls, emails, or letters. We changed doctors and will not be going back.
