Decent homes but nothing special. They have a fair amount of lawsuits with people that made purchases in other neighborhoods so do your research
As a home owner living in this community, I've waited more than a year to write this review. As I've read these reviews, I see that 90% of the reviews are about the sales office staff, from visitors & realtors - NOT actual Buyers/residents. While this is a nice community esthetically, there are builder issues none the less. The following are a collective list from my home & other buyers who talk with one another on a regular basis.
