They scheduled me for a Friday and then canceled the day before because the Doctor isn’t even there on fridays. If they can’t even get scheduling right then I wouldn’t trust them with my health.
Went last Friday to get my son seen. Staff didn’t know what they were doing.. well at least seemed that way. I had been waiting for like 15 minutes and I was the only one there. I get a call today saying I needed to fill some paper work out. supposedly I “ didn’t when I arrived Friday “ but I did in fact finish and gave it back to the staff before my visit was finished Friday. Worst customer service going to the doctor was worthless quoting him “you have a phone look it up” excuse me I’m coming here to receive care and feedback not for me to have to look up answers on my phone.
I wanted to wait until I was able to reflect on my day before posting. I would like to start off by saying this is not the first negative experience I have had with this establishment. I moved here to care for my parents and I am not accustomed to the poor medical care in this town. I am a patient of Dr Montalvo and I absolutely love him, he’s a great Dr. However when you are ill you are normally not able to see him and are forced to see a less knowledgeable NP at the walk-in clinic. I have be to the walk in clinic 3 times now and I have got excellent help. I'm so thankful you that they are there when I can't see my care giver.
