Incredibly kind and professional staff! They explained everything, answered all questions completely and really help you feel comfortable. Dr. Navarro is kind and thorough. I highly recommended this office and will be coming back for all my dental services moving forward!
God has heard my prayers his staff is patient and welcoming. My family has finally found another places that feels like home. He spoke to my daughter with respect and gave her spaces she austic and was super nervous and he knew how to talk to her. Thank you Doctor Navarro and his staff
Dr. Navarro is hands down the best dentist in Visalia. Has been my denist for more than a decade. One of my adult daughters had gone to another dentist prior to coming to dr Navarro and was given an outrageous bill for unnecessary treatment. I had previously told her not to go to that specific office for that exact reason. Needless to say Dr Navarro did a great job and she was happy with the outcome come. Thank you Dr. Navarro for always being trustworthy and kind to all your patients! We appreciate you 🩷 Burden Family!
It's unfortunate that after 12 years as a patient of Dr. Navarro is front office and their inconsistent customer service and billing practices force you to leave. Every single visit that I have had here in the last 3 years there is an issue with the billing. Whether it be you are not informed that there is an outstanding bill, no communication on that bill, no signed documentation that a $100 reschedule or cancellation fee applies, etc. I wish Dr. Navarro all the best, his service is great. The front desk is the 1 star.
