I really try to only leave positive reviews but I am extremely upset and disappointed with my experience at this office. I was misinformed about my procedure until after it had been partially completed. After charging my insurance, I had to go to another dentist and pay again to finish the job. I wouldn’t be as upset as I am if management wasn't extremely unapologetic and did nothing to help repair the situation.
