I reached out over the phone and left a voicemail almost two weeks ago, and also emailed over a week ago. To receive no response and nothing indicating she wasn’t taking new clients or out of town, has been disappointing and frustrating. I do hope she hasn’t fallen ill or had an emergent situation. I hope this can be used as constructive feedback.
I am beyond grateful that I found Dr. Navarro in my insurance provider directory. I had been through do many different programs & learned so many tools but the tools she had taught me have made the most difference in my journey. She's direct (no BS) yet gentle. As with anything, there is not a one size fits all but I personally recommend her 1000%!
