We are very pleased with the roofing work that was completed. We worked closely with dale from the first quote request through scheduling the roof replacement. dale met with us to review the condition of our old 3-tab shingles and also pointed out problems with the soffits and birdboxes that other roofers had missed. A more responsive customer service contact helped move everything along, and a different repair crew came out to inspect the roofing problem more carefully.
