Super quick response (as a RENTER) when the AC broke while we were out of town on vacation. The AC was fixed the same day as the maintenance request was sent. And then, to top it all off, we locked ourselves out of the house when coming BACK from vacation. Mary came to our rescue and drove over to let us all in the house before melting in the July heat, in our driveway, with all of our luggage. ;-) I'd highly recommend using Navarre Beach Realty for your rental needs!
