Have terrible accounting practices and employees at properties are rude. They do not hide the fact the want a limited amount of a certain race in the building.Sterling Glenwood is one of the worst apartments I have lived. You pay for amenities that don’t work, there are 3 elevators only 1 works for the past year and a half. Roaches in the walls and leaks everywhere. I feel for the maintenance team they can’t keep up with all the leaks in the building which means there is mold in the building. Of which I am severely allergic ... read more

My name is Kevin. I am a local Google guide, and I write reviews occasionally. I ONLY write either great reviews or horrible reviews. Unfortunately, this is the latter. I have lived at Sterling Glenwood for 10 years. Once Navarino Properties took over this place has become a slum. The absolute worst property (Sterling Glenwood Raleigh Nc) to deal with. Reached out to management to settle my grievances amicably but instead of accepting responsibility or accountability. Such a nightmare! The absolute most unprofessional, unruly, disrespectful company with no sense of civility. I signed my lease back in May through an agency and from the very beginning things have gotten worse than better.
