To anyone thinking of moving into these apartments DON’T DO IT!! Navarino property management are slumlords. They do not care about the tenants or the property. There are people here without hot water without working windows. The yard is a mess. Trash is everywhere. They don’t have a consistent maintenance man. The only time they reach out to you is at rent time. I have been trying to get maintenance request handled since I moved in back in January. I emailed the property manager this morning about the air conditioner not working right, she told me that she would have maintenance come later in the day to look at it and now it's 822pm and still no maintenance plus I called the emergency line also and no response back. Our bedroom is now 84° with the unit on this is unacceptable for what we pay for rent here at Main St Apartments in Manchester Connecticut.
We’re at Fox Hill location. The office staff- Nakiya, Summer- are very respectful and responsive-Mark from maintenance is very knowledgeable and handy. Great place-Great location- Great pricing-Great neighbors! Highly recommend.
