I found an injured wild bunny in the parking lot of Whole Foods. I couldn’t just leave him there suffering. I scooped him up and drove to this vet. I said I would pay for any care, whether he could be saved or euthanized. They refused to do anything. Sent me on my way.
The staff are friendly, but I am very disappointed that they give my dog 1-year rabies vaccine instead of the 3-year normal one without asking me. My dog has been on the 3-year one for years. This certainly adds cost and inconvenience to me.
This clinic has been sold to a corporation and you get no customer support ~ the staff changes every other week and so do the vets. These reviews are for the previous owners so don’t be fooled and I do not recommend this place. I have called 3 times this week alone and no call back and I have emailed too!!! Nope not good.
