I’ve been a patient of Dr Awad since 2016 and very lucky to have such a kind, respectful, extremely knowledgeable and understanding doctor as she is. She cares deeply about her patients and listens to what your needs are and helps in every way she can and knows. All the staff are also very kind and helpful. You can’t ask for a better office or doctor. Thank you for being there for us.
I may write a better review once I have my appointment, but just be aware that their online booking through DocClick doesn't seem to do much. I had booked an appointment online, received several reminders on my phone, and, of course, when I showed up, they had no trace of my appointment in their system. The nurse practitioner had already gone home, and I had to reschedule for two weeks in the future. I suggest calling ahead to confirm your appointment, but from reading other reviews, they don't seem to answer their phone.
We were lucky enough to land a family Dr and were just grateful to have access to one, but I must say - Dr Fares is one of the kindest , attentive and respectful dr we have seen in some time. We always feel like he is listening and takes such care for our little girl as well. Yes , the phone lines are often busy, but I feel like that’s the case every where.
