Dr.Beshara excellent!
I’ve been with doctor Awad since I was a child and what this practice has become is a joke, appointments are only available months in advance and the only result you’re getting is sleep apnea or anti depressants. Along with the hour long phone wait to receive the appointment and additional 30 minutes you’ll be waiting past your appointment time to be rushed through.
I'm grateful to have a family doctor in the Ottawa area however I can never get through the phone lines, appointments are only available months into the future and walk in hours fill up quickly. Once the appointment is booked they rush you through not testing before prescribing medications, I have to ask for testing to ensure the right treatment is assigned and avoided unnecessary antibiotics. I also have to go back in to obtain any results, this is frustrating as it could be done over email or the phone.
That one star is for Dr. Nasser Beshara.
I’ve been a patient of Dr Awad since 2016 and very lucky to have such a kind, respectful, extremely knowledgeable and understanding doctor as she is. She cares deeply about her patients and listens to what your needs are and helps in every way she can and knows. All the staff are also very kind and helpful. You can’t ask for a better office or doctor. Thank you for being there for us.
