Changing my initial review. Great front staff, easy to deal with. Answer the phone and very helpful. Completely different care from when I started, night and day. Now I leave feeling unheard and misunderstood, lack of empathy. Very unfortunate and disappointing from a patient perspective.
Caring, attentive, and efficient clinic. Love that the pharmacy beside the clinic is also great. I am happy that my doc is usually on time and the care me and my family get. I feel lucky to have this clinic to go to. Thanks Navan medical clinic and pharmacy. Silvia
