They are doing their best with a small staff.
The wait time can be a little long at times but they provide great service
Plan for a long wait, whether you go inside or through the drive through. You may want to bring a book. I haven't figured out why it can take 2hrs to pick up meds, if you go inside. It is no better at Jax. The drive through is for refills only. That also moves slow 🐌. I don't get that since you have to call it in. They now have a kiosk inside for refill pickup. I haven't used it so, I can't comment.
