Currently 17 weeks pregnant, I went in for an ER follow up. While I was there an HM called me back and had me verify my information so I did and he proceeded to ask if I’ve had this shot before, I was confused cause I wasn’t there to get a shot so I asked what shot and he said the DEPO he was about to give me. Waited three hours for WIC. Walk out with no birth control telling me to come back for the afternoon as if I don’t have to work
Was late 5 minutes and they refused to see me. Held onto my card at the front for 15 minutes and then said I was too late to be seen. Mind you I waited 20 minutes before they tell me this. Asked if I could wait because they said the next patient was being seen in my slot but they physician refused. It’s may and they said I couldn’t be seen until July! I had an awesome experience with NMCSD! From pregnancy verification to my emergency c-section. My baby and I were well cared for by amazing doctors and staff. I have nothing but great things to say about them. Our “baby” is now almost 4 and I still recommend Balboa to expecting military families.
They lose my blood samples and said I call in canceled the test which I didn't ! What is the reason I will draw out 6 tube of blood and call in to canceled it?!
