I would give 0 stars if I could. Had a major surgery here, the surgeon did not look for the cause of the problem, she simply cut me open at 20 years old and then ghosted me. Their medical facility knew little to nothing about my (not rare) conditions, how to manage pain (was screaming for hours immediately post surgery), or how to keep in contact with a patient. The surgeon practically ran from me once they realized the surgery was a failure on her part. Worst hospital ever- I will literally only ever have surgery here again... read more

Wait time so ridiculous, took me 8 hours to get a final answer, and another 2 for discharge papers, nurses didn’t even offer my a granola bar.

I hardly ever leave reviews but a few people from the hospital (pediatrics and peds surgeon) deserve some credit! My son was born 7 months ago and from his 2 week appointment until now, every doctor, nurse, corpsman and surgeon have been the most accommodating, sincere, helpful and just genuinely concerned and nice. Many of them going above and beyond to get us the correct care. If you are pregnant please have your partner get you on TRICARE select if you have not already so you can seek care elsewhere. The stuff at NMCP are extremely rude and don’t take their jobs seriously. Getting in contact with your midwife or doctor if you need to is also extremely hard and you have to be transferred over and over and then be on hold for 30 minutes just to leave a message. They also don’t take your pregnancy seriously at all.

Watched a guy call a number at pharmacy and shut down when nobody stepped up. Do more job? Don't make a single person do all the meds and take turns????? I have respiratory issues and walking ... even just standing here is making me wheeze with whatever cleaning supplies you use. The lady that did get my meds were helpful. Tho it had been over an hr since i typed i am here? Had to go to the window after bunch of ppl that arrived after got their numbers called. That q anywhere app is horrible. Can't see the msgs.
