This review is based on my experience at the satellite pharmacy at the Lejeune MCX on 9/26/2024. I arrived at the pharmacy around 10:50am, got a ticket, and by the time I was called up to the window to check-in it was just around 11:40am. Around 2:30 am our CO alarms went off. In a panic we rushed over to the hospital to get checked for exposure. It’s now 5 am. We still have yet to be seen. I understand that people come before and I’m not trying to sound rude but it’s been hours and there’s people with babies. I seen a mother of a sick baby get up and leave because they are taking so long. At that point I would take my child elsewhere as well. 4 hour wait when my son has a swollen eye, and you can’t even ask the receptionist a wait time with out her saying no before you finish the sentence. Everytime we come HORRIBLE. There’s not even space for all the people in the waiting area, they asked people to leave to go to another waiting area
