Emergency department is awful and the way the doctor is really causing inappropriate attitude towards myself and daughter i am very upset about it. The fact that this hospital is a 2 star rating is sad and seeing all these reviews of the same thing is so sad. Please do better you are supposed to be taking care of our people not treating them with pure rudeness and disrespect.
There were some stuff that was good, but when I went in for chest pain and told them that it felt like a brick was on my chest that’s been going on for a week they of course told me to take Tylenol when I complain about something else. They completely ignored it if I wanted to go to a horrible hospital, I would’ve went to Onslow because navel is just as bad and don’t care for there patients.
Update: Still going through the most with these people. Ive been calling inquiring about the FMLA paperwork left with Dr. Wang. Im talking about a month. My experiences of calling and leaving unreturned voice messages is absolutely absurd and unheard-of. My mother finally was able to speak with someone who infact acknowledged the unfilled forms. Smh. I've already requested more time from my job in retrieving the paperwork. It's too many employees in that facility for paperwork to just be sitting around unattended in lay. I d... read more
Only gave them a one star because no stars isnt an option. The Emergency Room is a joke.
It’s insane that they don’t have same day appointments available each day. I shouldn’t always have to go to fast track at the er everytime my child is sick!
