My tele-med appt with Dr Manzard was a horrible experience today..I had met her in person for my wellness appointment and I really liked her because I felt like she listened to my concerns even though both appointments I had ran over an hr long I have been a patient at this hospital for 30 years and have Never wrote a Negative Review..had today she started very aggressive and talking to me in a loud condescending manner which turn into Yelling when questioning me the asked me what meds do I want..Allegra Zyrtec or Claritin I... read more
My family and I have used Naval Hospital Pensacola for over 20 years, both on active duty and retired. Sadly, there's not much good to say about this place anymore. First off it is NOT a hospital. No ER, no cardiac care, a few simple outpatient surgeries, urgent care has banker hours, etc. So let's call it what it is, a CLINIC. I would rather pay a copay, than deal with a subpar military medical facility that doesn't prioritize patient care. The place needs some good old deck plate leadership. CPO - Retired.
