I wish I could give negative stars....
So my wife scheduled an appointment over a week ago to have an exam done. A person named Sarah waits until the weekend before the appointment to call. My wife took time off work for this appointment to have it done and should have been called sooner got the change. Secondly while waiting with her I noticed the receptionist for the gold side on the morning of the 13 March 2023 need to not only need retrained in manners but also especially one of them repeated things back to people checking in that I'm sure the quarter deck on... read more
