She did not state her name when answering the phone, but her attitude and phone presentation sounded to me like she was annoyed and was over with the day. I could barely hear her as it sounded like she was talking low, was very short with me with her responses. horrible. doctor spent 10 minutes with us for strep symptoms. Didn't check for swollen lymph nodes, didn't look in our nose, asked zero questions. Did a swab for Covid and was given ALLERGY medicine... I've had a full allergy panel and I have ZERO environmental allergies. Zero. But ofc they didn't ask that. Horrible communication.
