Most medical clinics i go to im kinda scared to talk to the staff. Here if I push past the anxiety they are actually very friendly.

Went to the NHCL Radiology today to schedule a mammogram not knowing they no longer provide this services. The first thing that bugged me was there were two people sitting behind monitors that you couldn't see who you were talking to. I explained what I needed and the young man rattled off so fast that they no longer had the service there and I needed to talk to my primary care provider and what ever else he said that I did not catch. I’ve been dealing with this clinic for 2 years now. I have yet to have a good experience unfortunately. They’re constantly booking out months ahead. They never answer their phones. I’m always on hold for an extended period of time. The receptionists are always rude and I was forced to come back for an appointment once because the front desk lady at Medical Homeport Blue was too busy chatting to check me in before my 10 minute grace period.
