This is about medical records. Is no one working there? Are they closed? My husband has called multiple times this week. He has also called the patient advocate and left multiple messages. Im looking to transfer my daughter records and she cannot see a doctor without them. Even when we where stationed there they were always scarce but its never been this bad. Also when you do have the people working there no one knows anything. Customer server should be a negative zero!

i found out i was pregnant at 4 weeks, i called my doctor to get a confirmation of pregnancy and a referral for an OBGYN through tricare. they told me they would call me back in 3 days for a lab work appointment, well a week and a half later still no phone call. i started calling the office and each day i would be told “we’ll call you back tomorrow” and they never would.
