I had a very mission critical appointment that I was waiting for two months on, I clearly stated the reason of my visit and they confirmed via voice message what I needed. When I got here they said the dr that needed to see me was not here an id need to schedule another time. I’m beyond frustrated because I cannot go another time. Naval Branch Health Clinic Jacksonville is very difficult to reach and work with. Phone calls go unanswered, and the main number routes to a system asking for an account number that seems to only apply to staff—if you don’t have it, the call simply disconnects. Even when I’ve received a missed call from the clinic, the callback number provided leads back to the same dead end.
