The call service doesn’t work it is impossible to reach anyone over the phone.
The people at BHC are great but the automated service when calling the Branch Health Clinic does not work. When trying to adjust a scheduled appointment it takes prayer and a miracle. When I tried to use the other number giving to me I was told they cant help.
I have been meaning to take a moment to publicly say Bravo Zulu and thank the great staff at BHC Jax. From the front desk crew in primary care, the optometry staff, the ladies in the pharmacy to the rest of the staff including dental. To those others who have chosen to use impersonal and demeaning insults in their previous reviews of this place, shame on you. If someone needs to get an appointment, they need to go here in uniform, in person, make it and then show up at that date and time. Their phone line on public web pages... read more
