I have been meaning to take a moment to publicly say Bravo Zulu and thank the great staff at BHC Jax. From the front desk crew in primary care, the optometry staff, the ladies in the pharmacy to the rest of the staff including dental. To those others who have chosen to use impersonal and demeaning insults in their previous reviews of this place, shame on you. Absolutely terrible experience, not much of a difference the ship docs. They do not care at all. Was waiting today for my appointment seen a female crying at the window and they turned her away. As for me it’s a shame that the doctor for back pain radiating down my leg not only from being in the fleet and a few falls but after a car accident had the nerve to show me stretches that would hopefully make me feel better. Absolute trash go to a regular hospital through the ER. Don’t waste your time here you will die if your issue is life threatening. They take you as a joke. They disregarded my mental health assessment. They don’t do any tests they go off how they feel that day my blood pressure was high they did it three times didn’t care any time. Just so unprofessional and trash. Wish we didn’t have to go through this as service members.
