Why should there be 2 and half hours wait for the pharmacy to fill an order of cough medicine?
The office manger at NBHC Eastlake needs some additional customer service training himself. I was attempting to get a copy of some lab results from my record and was rudely told, “Your record is the property of the U.S. Government!” I understand the record is property of the USG however, the contents of the record should be released to the individual patient at their request.
