"It takes a month to be seen here. We don’t get the option of sick call. This is an incompetent medical facility with the worst service I have ever experienced. I would rather drive four hours to the nearest military sick call or pay out of pocket than deal with this staff. I can see why their troops struggle with mental health to the point of tragedy. Always some problems with thie place. I have not been able to get 3 or 4 referrals done because these people outsource us to order hospitals and 100% of the time its been wrong numbers. I have to google and pray i find the right one. Finally found a number and they say they have no referral on file so now im waiting on some very serious appointments. This place runs like nobody works and there is zero supervision. Been here a year and it's crystal clear why the navy is a joke the everyone else
No departments answer the phone when called, appointments are always too far out to have medical issues addressed, staff won't renew prescriptions via MHS Genesis as intended which leads to patients falling off needed meds. Horrendous establishment, needs to be closed so personnel can be placed on Tricare Remote.
