No departments answer the phone when called, appointments are always too far out to have medical issues addressed, staff won't renew prescriptions via MHS Genesis as intended which leads to patients falling off needed meds. Horrendous establishment, needs to be closed so personnel can be placed on Tricare Remote.
Staff is great, they just make it near impossible to get an appointment. When attempting to get an appointment online, it takes months to get an appointment, and if you call they refuse to pick up the phone. The only way to get an appointment is to walk in there and demand an appointment. And you’re lucky if you get seen then. I literally had Covid and had to work just because I couldn’t be seen by anyone. Finally just gave up and went to urgent care.
