Driver lounge is trash ,showers and restrooms are disgusting
Had a severe payment dispute regarding Load # 3297180. The company shorted our payment by $1,000, claiming our driver failed to track the shipment. However, their policy states that a pickup number is only released once tracking is verified and active. Furthermore, we pulled the official ping data directly from the tracking provider, which proved our driver was actively tracking for the duration of the entire haul. Driver of truck #56383 was driving erratically and was extremely unprofessional.
Booked a load with Jenna Rate and Edward Casewell on 7/30. Picked and delivered on time. My driver paid for a lumper fee. It’s 8/6 now, and they still did not return the money. Been emailing them and tried to call a couple of times as well. Hanging up.
