Picked up a load..wrong po no's got to destination..refused load because it was a drop instead of live load..on top of that..dispatch is not in 24hrs!! Had to wait until the morning and lost my next load! Do not book their loads!!
Everyone who has been burned by the 20% scam needs to post reviews on D.A.T. also. Update, Navajo is posting on D.A.T. reviews that it's their customers that require the tracking and its hurting their business, I call B.S. we have hauled the same loads for other brokers in the recent past and never an issue with tracking, so are we to believe that the shippers have singled out Navajo for not tracking.
