Been here a while love the office staff my dm is awesome I have no problem with geting home time I stay out 3 weeks and take my 5 days
WILL leave you stranded on the side of the road for weeks out, no home time. Another one of "those companies" This is my 3rd week sitting on the side of the road hadn't showered for a week, all because they are "looking for a load" yeah thanks for nothing and letting your drivers starve!!!!
The job is OK, but there is definitely a problem with providing drivers with decent trucks. In my 3 years at Navajo I had 5 trucks. The first one was new. After that account disappeared, I went through junk trucks at an alarming rate. Spent almost 3 months in motels in one year waiting for trucks to be repaired. They do not take care of the equipment. Don’t go work for this company.. trust me you will regret it… just take my word… i am a former driver… run….. hard as you can… away from this place….
