Didn't even get to go inside. Showed up at 4:22pm and it says they close at 5:00pm
We had an appointment at 1pm. Arrived 10min before 1pm and the place was close. I’ve wait for 20 min, called a few times and no answer!!! When I was leaving, noticed the guy was inside of the place, like hiding from clients and shut off the lights. Don’t even waste your time with this place.
Does not respect reservations even for long time customers. The place opens at 9:00 am and I had an appointment at 9:15 am. But, they decide to take walking right before me waited a half hour and left. Won’t be coming back.
Great cuts and great service!
You’d get a better haircut & customer service at Great Clips. Terrible time & scheduling management. Waited an hour after my appointment was scheduled just to see how long it would take so I can write this review. Stray away unless you have time to waste.
