I wanted to write my experience here that happened. I was a long time client and was bringing my 3 boys also for haircuts. The owner Mark, at first was very friendly and would give us some good service but, things changed when he told me he would be changing his price per cut. He had already changed his price a few months I explained to him that I would not be able to afford the tip if he did. A few weeks he changed it.
