She followed up immediately by email with instructions and after replying with my new banking information I immediately received a confirmation that the change had been done. Most recently I contacted Elizabeth Melanson when I relised my car insurance comes out on the 28th and my pension isn't deposited until the 29th! She totally understood and went into action with such short notice and moved my car insurance to the 30th so my car insurance wouldn't bounce thereby I wouldn't get dinked with bounce charges!
