Lack of communication and a complete disregard for accountability. Poor standards for quality and no clear effort to rectify their mistakes. For a company that prides themselves on their property being the first WELL Gold Certified community in Colorado, there is no remorse in how their actions have affected the wellness; physically, mentally and emotionally, of both its residents and tenants.
