I had a really positive experience with this clinic, especially with Dr. Lupu and the wonderful office staff. Everyone was incredibly kind, supportive, and helpful throughout my experience. Dr. Lupu took the time to listen to my concerns, ask thoughtful questions, and make me feel comfortable and understood. I had my meet and greet with Dr. Leilynaz Malekafzali and I couldn't feel luckier to have her as my GP. Confident, knowledgeable and extremely personable!! She's the best!
I have been trying to reach multiple medicals, but my experience with Nava was the best. Medical assistant Geovanna was kind and clear with instructions. Can't wait to be their patient
TERRIBLE PLACE HIGHLY DON'T RECOMMEND WORST EXPERIENCE WITH FAMILY DOCTOR TO COUNTER EMPLOYEES. START TO FINISH ALL TERRIBLE. NONE OF THEM KNOW HOW TO DO THEIR JOBS. I ASKED FOR ONE FORM THE DISABILITY TAX CREDIT FORM TO BE FILLED OUT BY DR GHORBANI AND SHE TOOK 2 WEEKS TO COMPLETE THE FORM 2 DIFFERENT TIMES FILLS OUT THE PHYSICAL FORM INSTEAD OF THE DIGITAL FORM LIKE I ASKED AND THEN CHARGES ME WITH A FEE THAT SHE SAID SHE WOULD WAIVE DUE TO MY CIRCUMSTANCES.
