I had a great experience at Nava Medical Clinic. Dr. Javid was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to listen carefully to my concerns. He explained everything clearly and made me feel comfortable throughout the visit. The staff were also friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this clinic if you’re looking for a caring and reliable family doctor.
I went to the drop in clinic and (un)surprisingly the doctor did not understand any of my past medical records and was unwilling to understand what they actually meant. then he asked me to try and get them to give me a family doctor. I emailed them in April because they were accepting new patients and they responded at the end of June saying that they have put me on a wait-list... very unprofessional business with doctors that aren't super knowledgeable about medicine. avoid at all costs.
Took me in right away and was very fast which was amazing. The customer service was perfect
