House foundations still moving after 13 years! Slab heave. We have done everything as directed, including the concrete apron around the house. Don't use this builder unless you want major problems. They will not offer you any assistance and say it is all your fault.
Found display house suited our needs. Tina and Vince were very good to deal with and I’m still living in the house 21 years later. Still have a few rooms in the original paint
Absolute shockers- can’t build a house. After a few months of moving into my new home+ found out that the criminals at Nava homes left my roof unfinished (causing major water to get in) which have caused mould and electrical damage. Heater too small to heat house. Water getting in from every window. Smoke detectors not properly installed. Drainage not correctly installed causing major flooding. BEWARE of this Builder. If this builder is constructing any new development on a property next to your then raise several objections based on our experience at 103 Park Crescent Williamstown North VIC. While redevelopment at the next door, the whole fence has broken down due to construction activities, multiple dig ups. Our lounge room window glass broke because the dispersed gravel slipped under the truck tyre and flung on to our window. During slab pouring, excess concrete was poured near their driveway.
