I been a patient more than 10 years. I have been treated with respect until yesterday. For an appt I wait an hour to be seen. I have not had a problem until yesterday. I arrived 25mins late unable to drive in my condition. Front desk staff &billing mgmt were Extremely rude. They denied me serv stating I had to be right on time to be squeezed in. It was extremely embarrassing moment in front of other patients when I asked them of any possibility I could still be seen and treat me that way!
I have been a patient of Dr. Nava's for over 15 years. I trust him completely. He is smart and calm and an excellent doctor.
