We've had a restoration company come another time, but our experience with NAV went way above and beyond our expectations!! We had a leak that caused rotting boards, and they came right away to our "rescue", assessed the situation, and sent a team out the same day to remove the damaged wood and put powerful fans/dehumidifier to work. They were all very professional, courteous, and helpful. Next time we have a need, we know where to turn; these guys are the best!! Thanks, NAV!

Fantastic company. Incredibly easy to work with, they handled everything. Coordinated with insurance and took care of all the paperwork. They got my roof knocked out quickly and did a great job. It took a little bit longer than anticipated to get the gutters done, but they did communicate this to me once there was delay. Highly recommend. Hopefully I won't need to use them again, but if I do then I'm going with NAV.

I had reached out to NAV for a quote and received a quick response. Someone came out on a Friday to look at our project and said we would receive our quote the next Tuesday. I waited until the following Monday, almost a week later, and gave them a call. He said I would receive the quote the next day. We are over a week past that time and I have still yet to receive a quote.
