Very helpful staff and the personal trainers are very knowledgeable

I was legit going to give a 5 star review - because I absolutely do love this gym. Love the layout, equipment, everything. HOWEVER, I get moved across Denison, so now I live around the corner of the Denison Nautilus. I try to go in and tan BEFORE I workout and I was denied because I'm not at the "home location" of where I signed up. Ummmm okay? Was never told this. So now Nautilus expects me to drive 20 minutes south for me to tan. Yeah, okay. To a consumer, wasting gas and tire tread and everything else for 7 minutes of tan... read more
Staff is really friendly, specially Jess, she was very helpful and explained everything throughly! Highly recommended!
