For over five years, the Nautilus team provided dedicated, knowledgable, and above all caring aids for my mother. They worked with us as my mother's needs changed, and were always available to address our questions and concerns. We appreciate the entire team, but especially the caregivers who applied to themselves with dedication to insure that my mother was as comfortable as possible.

We used Nautilus in home care for my grandfather after he was in the hospital for about a week and had a bout of shingles which made him very weak and unable to use his right arm. The care takers were all very professional and helped a great deal with getting my grandfather in and out of bed and around the house. They also would ocassionally drive them to the pharmacy, grocery store, etc. Which was very helpful since they do not own a car. We had a very positive experience with Nautilus Home Care. Supervisor Tali was consistently communicative, responsive, and attentive to the patient’s needs, which made a big difference in coordinating care. Caregiver Linda has been wonderful—kind, patient, and truly great with the patient. It’s clear she genuinely cares and brings comfort and consistency each day. The family truly appreciates the level of service and support provided. Highly recommend!
