Nautilus did an amazing job on our pool and we LOVE it! They helped us to design the pool and did everything from start to finish. When we encountered a wrinkle with what we wanted to do on the pool bottom they came up with an excellent alternative and we couldn't be happier. Nautilus completed my pool and it looks gorgeous. Once we got the permit it took about a little under 4 months to complete. They were so very nice to us through the process. We have been swimming and all is good. Good people to work with.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Signed up on a pool last year with the original expectation of an October finish, November at the latest. Throughout the whole process, it was impossible to get a hold of anyone that worked for the company. It would go as many as 5 weeks without being touched with no communication or update, other than hounding your loan company for money. Update 5-2025 - We still love the pool and it is holding up great. One important issue we talked to Pete about when we discussed the pool purchase in 2019 was using all non-corrosive bolts and fasteners on the aluminum cage. Pete said they always used all non-corrosive fasteners. Six years later, I'm cleaning, and I find bolts that hold the cage to the surface corroded in 1/2. Only two right now, but it is obvious that they used steel bolts - something I certainly would not know was being installed at the time and not what w... read more
