With permission for 1 hour late checkout, the lady from the desk came in the door without knocking at 11:30am and I was not dressed. Very rude. The desk gentleman who gave permission apparently failed to write it down. The lady at the desk presumed we were lying. Bad experience.
Unfortunately, due to illness, we had to cancel our reservation. Even with a doctor's diagnosis and lab work this hotel refused to assist us or even offer a credit for a later stay.

La vraie magie du lieu, c'est sa situation privilégiée face à l'océan la vue sur Daytona Beach est magnifique et les baies vitrées panoramiques inondent la chambre de lumière naturelle.
