I rarely take trips with my family because i never feel comfortable at hotels. But I finally did and I chose this as my hotel based on a friend’s recommendation. I was so very happy I did! Unfamiliar with the area, the staff was so welcoming and helpful in pointing out great interesting spots nearby. Only here a couple more days, but beating.
My visit was hot and cold. I had erroneously booked a stay for the wrong week.. When I arrived to check in, to my surprise I saw my mistake (via Priceline App).. Of course the hotel was going to try and keep all the money at first, then went hot and cold on saying they will keep it all then charge me one night when they sensed my resistance then back to keeping it all to let me talk to the GM when she becomes available etc etc.. When you call them to ask questions Miley was rude. So unfortunately we will not be staying with them. If the person that answers the phone is that rude I can’t imagine how the accommodations are.
