I love going to nautilus to workout. It’s more than a gym, it’s a community that supports and encourages me to reach my goals. I’ve had personal training sessions with JR and it is so encouraging to have a trainer who is as invested in your goals as you are. Spin class with Lori is like a fun party with a really great workout bonus! The ladies in the play place take care of my kids with such care and attention.
