Staff is very nice and the havin all different kinds work out machines r very nice
'Spin Yoga' with Suzanne is an awesome new class! For me it's a perfect blend of aerobic fitness, strength, and Yoga. All performed at a level that each individual can easily tailor to fit him or herself. Love it! And Body Pump for building strength in those muscles, brought me back to life post surgery. Thanks to all the excellent instructors that we're so fortunate to have at Nautilus that help us be the best we can be. You guys ROCK!!
