The best. The Nautilus equipment is second to none. Gary's workout system is scientifically proven and great for someone like me who has a busy life.
Door was open during business hours, I went in waited for a while and no one came to the front desk. I then walked around to find some one didn’t see anyone. So I took a few videos and still found no one working. A lot of old school Nautilus chain driven equipment. Pretty limited dumbbell selection. Very cool and retro. Not sure if it is in good shape because I couldn’t use it. I would have liked to try it out but could not since no one was there to sign me up so I left. Very sad. :(
The owners are wonderful people. MarryAnn is a good instructor. So is Gary when he is working. Nice equipment.
