My daughter has been going there for just over a month. She like the therapist but the billing is questionable/borderline fraudulent. We have been billed 3 different amounts for our sessions. When I Lisa about it, I am told to contact my insurance company which gives me a lower amount than they bill me for. She refuses to acknowledge the negotiated rate (believe its called balance billing). Had to file a complaint via Aenta to report them for the billing disputes.

This is a flook, dont call them they say to press 1, 2, or 3 and so on. For diffrent options. I pressed them all and the lady said unfortunately we dont carry those options. Then whybdid you say to press that number. Literally no help whatsoever.
